Submit a Program Proposal

You can submit your qualifications and proposal ideas below. Please provide the following information to help us process your submission:

• A proposed title for the program.
• Brief description about the program.
• How long would it be and what type of delivery (classroom, synchronous, online).
• How would this information benefit appraisers?
• Target audience (Just appraisers? What level?).
• Four or five overall objectives or outcomes (what will students learn?).
• Your practical experience and knowledge about the topic.
• A brief outline noting the major topics that would be covered.
• Your teaching experience.
• Current resume.
